あ、案外簡単だなあ。とはいえ、「私」は間違いなく適任ではないだろうな、何しろ遺伝に関連してどんな意味があるのかはふいんきしかわからない。一応、読者にお知らせして、その後はに期待する手法をとってみます。
ということで本題の、『「遺伝的アルゴリズムで最高にエッチな画像を作ろう！」』をイグ・ノーベル賞に！、という話、これの科学的な意義？を語れるうえで、趣旨に賛同される方がいたらそれはそれでどなたかに進めてもらいたい。
意義は解説できるけど、日本語の文章しか書けない、という方は、上記記事なりこの記事のコメント欄で投稿でもしていただければ、英訳をPoetさんがしていただけるそうです。
……という話から発展して、タイトルのことを考えたのでした。以下、第二部というか本題。
「日本の面白ネット記事」を世界に広めたい時、どういうルートが一番効果的だろう？
今回の、上記の話を真面目に考えたとしても、こちらのほうが実はイグノーベル賞への道、のような気がするんです。
つまり、いかに今回の試みが
「科学は人を笑わせ、考えさせ！ さらに目を見張るほどバカげているか、刺激的でなければならない！！」

という趣旨にぴったりと沿ったものであったとしても、多忙な主催者？に、メールだけしたら埋もれてしまう可能性が高いと思う。
しかし、その前に、こんな面白おかしく、そして興味深い試みなんだから、英文（もちろん中国語、フランス語、アラビア語など、広い範囲に伝わりやすい他の言語でもいい）の、この種の面白記事、或いは面白くありつつ科学的な意味合いも持ち得る、影響力あるニュースサイトなどで取り上げてもらったら、そういう言語の人にもぷっと笑ってもらえるんじゃないだろうか。というか、そういう言語圏の人が協力してくれて最初のサイトに投票してもらったら、またさらに画像が進化しかねない（笑）
今回のは、特に「広く呼び掛けてください」とのアナウンスがあったし、案外海外の人に伝わってるかもしれない（その時は反響が知りたい…）、のだけど、これに限らず、イヤー面白いね、特に世界中の人に知ってもらいたいね、というネット記事あるじゃないすか。
こういうのを、どうやれば、一番効果的に海外に広めることができるんだろうね？
たとえば、である。
ギズモード・ジャパンというのは、アメリカに本家ギズモードがあるんだから、その種のつながりがあるんじゃなかろうかね。

ただ、海外とのルートが仮にあるとしても、そもそも今の記事傾向がショッピングサイトみたいな感じで……

ちいとだめだな。
これがまた90年代末からゼロ年代初頭だと、どの国でも「掲示板」の影響力がもっと大きくて、掲示板であるから、そこにどんなめちゃくちゃな英語でも、自由に投稿すれば内容次第で反響が大きく、「海外に広めた」という実感があった…これについては後述しよう。
今の掲示板だと・・・・・・・日本の悪名高き２ちゃんねる（５ちゃんねる）を参考にして作ったら、もっと悪名が高くなったという、かの「４chan」ってやつかな？
うわ、実在した！！（当たり前だ）
なぜか「professional wrestling」があり、そのアイコンがハヤブサだ……なんでじゃ？

そして、４chan とは,実は「世界各国のユーモアサイトを紹介している『Something Awful』の掲示板『サムシング・オーフル・フォーラム』の支部」、に過ぎないのだという…ほんとかよ、リアルに「四天王のなかでも最弱」パターンじゃねえか。

うーむ、例えばの話、このへんで紹介すれば、内容次第では世界に広まりやすい、だろう。しかし「4chan」って、詳細は知らないけどとかくのとかくな噂もあるし、使うのはどうなのかなあ……
ただまあ、そうできる可能性がある、ということはまず記憶しておこう。
今後詳細をいろいろ知りたいし、状況によっては、最初のリンク先の紹介を本当にできるかもしれない。
日本特派員のニュース記事にコメントを寄せる知識人が、なぜか集中するパターン
他言語（特に英語）の発信を押さえる、という話でいえば、有名な英語メディアが日本の記事を掲載する時、そこにコメントを寄せる大学教授などの顔ぶれが、かなり固まっていて、しかも「英語はできるのだろうし、そっちに人脈があるようだけど…日本国内では、業績や知名度がそれほどな感じでもないよなあ…」という人がいたりすよね、と。
そんな人脈、「まず〇〇さんにコメントもらってみっか」と思わせるイメージ作りそれ自体も立派な努力と才能なのかもしれんけど。
たとえば「はてなブックマーク人気記事一覧」英語版とか、「togetter 注目の記事」英語版、とかあればいいのだが。

……けっきょく、はてなブックマークの本質はなんだろう？と考えると、「森羅万象、あらゆるネットの記事に対し、登録者が「投票権」を持っている。その投票によってランキングが上下する仕組みのニュースサイト」なのだと思う。
いったい今、どれぐらいの数がいるのかよくわからんけど、ある程度の規模と多様性をもって、そういう投票とランキングを日々行っているところはあまりない（あったら教えてほしいのだ、「はてなブックマーク」のライバルを）。これにある種の偏りがあることは重々わかるが、ただそれでも、単独の政党機関紙や、単独のニュースサイトの「偏り」とはかなり意味が違う。
ぶっちゃけ、虚心坦懐に、同じ種類のサービスが、アメリカや、中国や、韓国や、台湾や、イスラエルであるとして、そのランキングが知りたいか？上位の記事を読んでみたいか？となれば、自分は読んでみたいんだよね。
だから諸外国の人も同様だと思う。

もし本当に米国で存在感を示す意思があるのなら、機械翻訳でも構わないから、はてなブックマークの記事内容がおぼろげにわかるぐらいのクオリティでいいからやってほしいものである。もちろん諸外国でそれぞれ、はてなブックマークに似せたサービスがあれば、それぞれのランキングをこちらが覗くこともあるだろう。
ま、こんな感じ。本文も日本語なんだから、おのずから限界はあると思うけど、それもワンクリックで自動翻訳可能なかたちにして……。そういうページがあってもいいし、新記事が出るたびに英語でアナウンスする、twitterの公式アカウントが運営されててもいい。
たとえばの話でいえば、「はてなブックマーク」「togetter」「ねとらぼ」「GIGAZINE」あたり、やってもらったらいいなーと思いました。もっとでかいNHKや朝日、読売なんかでも、記事が出るたびに英語のアナウンスしてるところあるのかな？
最後におまけ 以前、英語で日本情報を発信し、外国の方に喜んでもらってた話。（PRIDE全盛時代の、日本格闘技情報の発信）
もう、環境が大いに変わったから再現しようと思ってもできないが…あまりに古い、2001年のデータです
その時代、今は完全に地球上で最大の総合格闘技団体であるUFCは、MMAの「元祖」のひとつではあったものの、あまりにバイオレンス過ぎると規制が多く、興行できない州も多数…それに比べてPRIDE,パンクラス、修斗、リングスなどは、興行収益、観客動員、イベント規模、選手層や世間的知名度などで、間違いなく世界屈指の総合格闘技団体（プロレスとの差異や混同の問題もありつつ）。それが日本に集中していて、格闘技メディアの情報量も日本が圧倒的…そんな時に、日本の格闘技情報を英語で発信すると、すごく感謝されたし、英語がいい加減でも、あっちが頑張って読んでくれるのです（笑）。
いま例に挙げている記事は、その2001年に、リングスに所属しつつUFCに定期参戦し活躍した”TK”高阪剛と、その後UFCで何度も王者となり、アイコン的存在となったランディ・クートゥアがKOKで対決するぞ！！という情報と、TKの雑誌インタビュー記事を紹介したものです。
今考えても、そりゃこんな情報を、地球上で約１億人しかよめない特殊言語（それも機械翻訳なんかできない紙の印刷物だ）から、英語にしてネット投稿したら、2001年段階では神扱いされるだろうなあ…と思う（笑）。
今はこの時代…たった20年前と比べても地球はずいぶん小さくなり、情報は言語の壁を越えてゆうゆうと飛び交うようになったけど、
だからこそ、気合を入れて日本からの情報発信を、意図的にでもやらなければ！！…と、考えるのした

Because, TK is known as the most clear and intelligent fighter. So,this monolog is not only remark but also deep cross-cultural psychiatry between Japan and USA.

1996,January,I fighted Mo Smith and tap him out by heel hold.After it,Mo come to my dressingroom. "Teach me your submission.I want to do and win in MMA rule"
It was a real surprise.He was the King of Kick. Although I know him little, I went to his gym to training in this Feb. it is just fit to me.I wanted kick,Mo needed submission.We could teach it mutually.
And ,USA's atmosphere was so good!There is no strick rank relationship like Japan,Strongmen and developing men can talk and teach equally. It moved me. Two weeks are too short.I had ever been to seatles for 4 times before I live there.Because,I wanted to learn not only Mo and American's technic but also their attitude.
Before it,I did not has a chance communicate American. So I thought that USA fighter depends only sterength.he has nothing to do wjth hypersophisticated technic and endurance. But It was far from fact.All American is so eager to learn.and they make how to win ,together.
I decided to live in USA,"Probably, I was left by progress if I was not here. "do you know? Speed of evolution is defferent. Fear or worry was nothing about living in Seatles hope was so much more than it!.
Mo changed my destiny. To say the truth,When Mo contract RINGS,CEO Maeda said."Is there a man who hope to fight Smith?" Only I lifted my hand.I felt something at that time. Always, I was keeping in mind so that positively. So I could fighted Mo Smith.
{Why I started MMA}
I did JUDO in highscool and University.But my Judo level can not gives me daily bread.But,I think,My Judo's technic be applied to in MMA. So I remmember UWF prowestling's star Maeda. There was also PANCRASE and UWF inter,but RINGS has least Japanese fighter.So I thought it was best. In RINGS,I was very happy!! Because I had been devoted to practice all day long.And I can step up if I became strong.It was simple and pure.
.....And,I could be rested on Sunday!I could not believe it.
No kidding,I could not take a rest in Sunday at highschool and University.

I think,US MMA learning system is better than Japan. For example,I began Judo In junior highscool.But I learnd only bump at first.and I repeated only it for $months!! If I am a teacher, make bigginer sparring as long as they can keep safety.In Japanese style, teenager will be tired of training easily. When We force Students to do boring basic,they can not keep motivation.accordingly,They can not be strong.
How to teach technic in Mo gym? I was interested in it. And I notice,Mo show students "answer" at first.and description after it. It is direct antithesis of Japanese style.
Abroad experience make shape of our nation clear. So I thought of Japan's weakpoint.Although Japan is systematic and saved many rules,we tend to be spoiled. And ,I often hesitate to advise our senior.But,we should do it.I know it in US.

About Rickson? Even if I appeal about VS Rickson,It is useless. If I was Rickson, I would never fighted TK,hahaha...It is no merit. If I hope fight,I should become the man who has merit. Result,I have to actual performance and credential in USA. And ,Not only strong but also more Plus X.I think so.
